Service Description
This $25 appointment fee is for the 1 hour 15 minute reservation, the service of staff time and knowledge, and the costs associated with having a resale bridal store available. This fee will be applied to the purchase of a bridal gown if purchased within 48 business hours of the appointment. If no gown is purchased, the fee is non-refundable and remains with Formally Yours.
Cancellation Policy
You will will receive a refund for cancellations if you notify us prior to 24 hours of your appointment. This includes calling or emailing a notification of cancellation. If you cancel any time after that period, or do not show, the fee will be forfeited to Formally Yours and no refund will take place.
